Courtney Edwards and Suzanne Slabaugh founded Concho Consulting in November 2022 with a desire to serve. Both owners came from backgrounds of support personnel for small businesses. They recognized that most small business owners started their journey because of a passion, but passion does not necessarily translate to business. Suzanne and Courtney's passion is to give time back to the small business owner and allow them to expand their business beyond a passion, but to a career and a success.
